Great Breakfast and Location the breakfast was fantastic and there was a lot of choices. the location was really convenient as there were many restaurants nearby. Plus, the view from the room was nice.
Needs Updating and Poor Service the room was in really bad shape and needs some refurbishments as it was quite dirty and uncomfortable. Service was not good either, as the staff was not helpful and seemed disorganized at times.

We truly enjoyed everything about it, all location and rooms. We stayed 20 minutes walk from notre dame basilica. Free Wi Fi was useful...

free wi-fi
1) price too high 2) parking charge unreasonable, and too much, in my opinion, guest parking should be free

The nearby Ace Grill and Bar was a great spot for relaxation, the hotel's proximity to Windsor train station made it convenient, and the Ville-Marie neighbourhood was definitely worth exploring for its good rates.

I loved the destination and the building itself.
I didn't like the breakfast that was included. We stayed there a month ago and was given a hot breakfast with the exact same deal, but this time they gave us a continental breakfast. We didn't complain because we didn't have time to after we realized what we got.

This hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices. The staff are extremely welcoming and friendly, making you feel right at home. The recently refurbished rooms are clean and comfortable, and the hotel's central location allows for easy access to both the old town and main shopping area. The breakfast included in the price is a great bonus and offers a wide variety of options at very reasonable prices.
All in all, our stay at this hotel was great, with no major issues to be addressed.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel in downtown Montreal and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised. the value for money was excellent. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the prime location in the heart of the city. Secondly, I appreciated the attention to detail throughout the hotel. The rooms, although a bit outdated, were clean and well-maintained. The ugly green carpet was easily overshadowed by the very nice coffee machine in the room. Lastly, the view from my window was truly interesting. I loved the 'urban' view that showcased the vibrant energy of the city.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was more than satisfactory.

Good room and quite night. Beds very good, is important for staying. Block off for the different levels is important too. When you don't have to be on level 17 or 18, you don't can come there. Good business room with 4 computers.
the continental breakfast was very easy. For me enough.

The location of this hotel was great, with easy access to public transportation and close proximity to many attractions. The staff were friendly and check-in was quick, which was a plus during the busy holiday season. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a decent night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city.
There were several negative aspects of my stay. The noise level in the hotel was unbearable at times, especially with rowdy groups of people in the hallways.

The location and the free computer access.
In the room 623, where we stayed, the wallpaper comes off the wall at different places. This needs some maintenance.
